Rollers of Dutch production (TEMPO) made of HDPE plastic, which stand out:

much lower weight;
a jacket not susceptible to corrosion;
effective labyrinth sealing;
quiet work;
good balance;
precision machining with computer-controlled machines.

Hungarian production rollers for the toughest working conditions (HDPE):

diameters 133, 159, 194 mm;
very strong and durable bearings;
several times longer work cycles compared to standard steel rollers;
lower weight, very low radial runout;
2 mm steel jacket with additional HDPE coating;
specially designed seal.
